Peking, October 25, 1907. WITH reference to my telegram No. 180 of the 18th instant, I have the honour to report that His Majesty's Consul-General at Canton has telegraphed to me to-day
as follows:---
"I regret to have to inform you of the piracy of another British launch belonging to Mr. Fisher, which took place on the 22nd instant at a place 7 miles below Whampoa. I am making further representations to the Viceroy, as instructed in your telegram No. 55,”
